If you purchase a paid digital guide, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase where:

  • The guide was not delivered or could not be accessed;
  • The content materially differs from its description;
  • You were charged in error or more than once.

Because our guides are digital, a refund may be limited once you have downloaded or accessed the full content, except where required by applicable consumer law.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us with your order details and the reason for your request. You can reach us using the details in section 6. We may ask for the order reference and the email used at purchase.

4. Timelines

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method, usually within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.
